After making a reservation, you will receive an email from us with a confirmation and payment instructions for the deposit. When reserving more than 60 days before the stay, a 50% deposit of the total price of the stay is required. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of the stay. In the case of a reservation made less than 60 days before the start of the stay, 100% of the stay amount must be paid within 5 days. In the event of cancellation more than 60 days before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 10% of the price of the stay. In the case of cancellation 60-0 days before the start of the stay, 0% of the paid amount will be refunded.V případně storna více než 60 dní do začátku pobytu činí strorno poplatek 10% z ceny pobytu.
