Our luxurious villa is located on the beautiful and sunny coast of “Costa del Sol”. Welcome every day with an indescribable view of the sea and beautiful Benalmadena! Thanks to its location, the villa is unique in that you can admire beautiful views from all its floors, including the pool.

You will find everything you need for a perfect, whether active or relaxing holiday, from A to Z.

Casa Veronica is a completely luxurious newly reconstructed and furnished villa with a capacity of 10 people. You will find 5 modern fully equipped bedrooms here. All bedrooms have windows on the southern side, facing the sea. Each bedroom has a 180cm wide double bed, storage space for your personal belongings, bedside tables with lighting, comfortable designer armchair or “bobek” for storing things, a mirror, and beautiful decorations. Each bedroom boasts a different colored wallpaper, so you can choose which color combination and style you like! 4 bedrooms have their own remote-controlled air conditioning, and 1 ground floor bedroom has an electric fan. Families with children can use two cots and two high chairs for their children.

There are a total of 4 bathrooms in the house. Each floor has one bathroom, but there are two bathrooms on the top floor – a small bathroom is also in one of the rooms (you can find it on our website under the name Room A). Each of the 4 bathrooms has a shower, toilet, sink, illuminated modern mirror, and storage space. Ventilation is a matter of course. Each bathroom also has a different design.

As a social area, we consider the huge sunny living room with air conditioning. In the living room, you can spend your evenings playing billiards, board games, or sitting at the bar with a glass of good Spanish wine. There are 3 sofas, a bar with bar stools, a pool table, a dining table, a smart TV, a coffee table, and various decorative items that enhance the overall relaxed atmosphere.

From the living room, we can directly access the kitchen. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped, including a stylish island with bar stools for sitting while cooking and complete equipment – dishes, microwave, toaster, kettle, stove, oven, fridge, freezer. Cooking will also be enjoyable with a smooth transition to the beautiful terrace where the sun shines all day long. The kitchen and terrace are separated by sliding glass doors. The kitchen terrace is ideal for a shared breakfast where you can watch the sunrise together. The terrace has seating for 10 people and the option of shading with a remote-controlled electric awning.

Let’s move to the ground floor, where the main entrance to the villa is located. In front of the main entrance to the villa, there is a huge terrace with seating, a grill, and an outdoor kitchen for hosting group dinners and romantic gatherings. The outdoor kitchen includes a fully functional grill, sink, electrical outlets, and in the storage spaces, you will find special plastic dishes designed specifically for outdoor spaces of the villa (to prevent breakage and subsequent shards in the pool and garden in case of a fall). The outdoor kitchen also comes with a refrigerator, which is located in a small room with various equipment for the garden, right next to the terrace. There are two large wooden dining tables and comfortable rattan armchairs with soft cushions for 10 people. The cherry on top of the whole terrace is the alcove with seating, where the “relaxation zone” is located in the form of rattan couches with comfortable cushions, a coffee table, and an open view of the entire coast, as an ideal and relaxed conclusion to the whole day.

We will move to the outside of the villa, where there are two cascading lawns suitable for morning stretching or sunbathing. There is also plenty of space for sunbathing and enjoying the Spanish sunshine around the pool. In total, there are 10 sun loungers, and pool towels are provided. The pool has salt water, and if you are interested in increasing the temperature of the water outside the summer months, it is possible to heat the water for a small service fee. A designer shower is also part of the pool area.

Finally, a potentially crucial feature of the villa is the outdoor fitness area. We have prepared a pleasant outdoor fitness space for you, which you can find by climbing stairs up from the garden next to the house (at the level of the living room, above the garden). Of course, you can also “enjoy” the sea view from here. The fitness corner includes both an aerobic zone and strength training equipment! We have equipped it with something for everyone – a rowing machine, exercise bike, elliptical trainer, or treadmill. If you prefer strength training, we have a weight bench and dumbbells of various weights. You will also find various exercise mats, a skipping rope, push up bars, and a rubberized soft floor in the closet. For yoga enthusiasts, we have prepared “yoga mats” in the cabinet, where the ideal place for morning exercise at sunrise is on the lower terrace, where 10 yoga mats can be laid side by side. In addition to the fitness equipment, there is one more important component, and that is the table tennis table, or PING-PONG, and paddles, which can entertain the whole group. Furthermore, we have various equipment and board games such as a poker set, chess, Ludo, cards, badminton, etc. available for you throughout the villa and garden.

Thanks to its facilities and equipment, the villa is suitable for families with children, couples, sports enthusiasts, and groups of friends. Thanks to its advantageous location on the southern slope where the sun shines all day and also thanks to the pool water heating, the villa is ideal for year-round stays.

Free parking is available on the street in front of the house.
